The Kumaon is situated in Gadholi village of Almora district near Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary. It is 375 km from Delhi by road. The nearest railheads are Kathgodam and Ramnagar while the nearest airport is Pantnagar, from where transportation can be arranged by the resort. Typically, you need to walk about 250 metres from the parking lot to reach The Kumaon. Ponies are available if you are not comfortable doing this trek.
